i enjoyed the heated pools. it meant you could enjoy a swim. the rooftop views are amazing. housekeeping was great and so efficient.

customer service proved disappointing from some of the staff. i often felt ignored. they acted like i was an inconvenience.

The hotel location is wonderfully quiet, yet within easy walking distance to town. I enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere throughout the restaurants and bars. The rooftop bar offered amazing views of the lit-up town at night. My room's balcony gave lovely vistas of the pool and marina.

I was relieved by the check in process, it was fast and efficient. The room featured a superb design and practical layout. Breakfast had a varied selection and prompt a la carte service. Staff members were polite and helpful during my entire stay. I also found the parking space spacious and secure. The rooftop area provided fine views and comfortable seating.

The pool area showed some signs of wear, needing some attention. It's a very minor point, but I noticed it.

the rooftop pool was very relaxing. it felt luxurious. the suite was not huge. it had a large balcony that went all the way around. the breakfast buffet was good with everything i would expect. items were cooked to order if needed.

the rooftop adult pools were closed for two days. this was due to private events. made the downstairs family pools very crowded. there were no sun loungers available. i thought the steam room needed maintenance. the turkish bath was also closed.

The room i booked, a corner suite large terrace & spa access. Had issues with cleanliness, specifically some areas seemed unkept. this detracted from the experience. I expect a higher standard for the cost.
